TimeLensPodcast — Media & Research Resources
TimeLensPodcast is an independent field-investigation podcast about India's archaeology, history, sacred geography, and living oral traditions.
What we do
We travel to historical sites across India, document places and physical evidence, speak with local custodians and guides, and compare those accounts with inscriptions, archaeology, geography, and published research. We distinguish lipi (inscribed or physical evidence) from nambikke (living belief and oral tradition).
Current investigations
- Rishimukha and Jatayu: local memory, the Jatayu hill near Jatinga-Rameshwara, and the Rishimukha cave tradition.
- Rama's two trails: the proposed flight route and a possible ground route along the Kaveri toward Rameswaram.
- Brahmagiri: Ashokan edicts, the surrounding landscape, and the older traditions attached to the hill.
- Chitradurga: Mahabharata traditions, temples, caves, and the distinction between story and material record.
